innovative cardio and strengthening workout that's sure to blast fat
and firm up your entire body. Groove to upbeat, high-energy music as
you execute fun and funky floor aerobic and step moves.
Integrating a
soft touch medicine ball (optional) during the cardio portion of the
routine engages your core muscles, keeping your heart pumping and
your muscles strengthening simultaneously. Whether you've worked out
with Christi before or not, her expert cuing and unique ability to
connect with her students will keep you on task and moving like a
pro. The 40 minute cardio portion is followed by 15 minutes of
intensive core training. A relaxing cool down and stretch segment
wraps up your workout.
