This workout was filmed in a hotel ballroom at
the DCAC
Fitness Conference in August 2006. The camera angle is
straight in front of me and zoomed in pretty close. The music is HOT
HOT HOT, and the movements make it even hotter! I wish
you could have seen how good my students looked. They were
dancing up a storm!
This workout is so much fun. I collected some of my favorite
radio songs and edited them together for 55 minutes of high
intensity interval training. I alternate between strength
training songs and high/low aerobic songs. Talk about sweat!
Whew!
All you will need is a set of hand weights. I suggest you start with
a lighter weight, then increase it if you feel the need.
