This workout was filmed in a hotel ballroom at
the DCAC
Fitness Conference in August 2006. Besides a few of the
participants you can see in front of me, most of the other 200
people are scattered beside and around the camera. It was
filmed at 7:00 in the morning; very early indeed! Especially for me
since i'm from Arizona and my body thought it was 4am! It's a
good thing that I love my job! Huh?
This new class format is for the high/low lover, that does not mind
using a step. But if you don't have a step, you can still do
this workout! This is a great format!
I love the pace of floor aerobics and the intensity of step
aerobics, so together they make the perfect combination for me.
Hi-Steppin is 54 minutes of excellent choreography and spectacular
music. It begins slowly, and then revs up to an exciting pace
about 10 minutes in.
The camera angle is straight in front of me and zoomed in pretty
close. Once you get used to the couple people right in front
of my feet, it will feel very comfortable. This is my favorite
choreography. It just feels GOOD!
The music cd I used for this workout is called "Black-Eyed Peas vs.
Gwen Stefani" and is sold by
