Happy Hour High/Low
It’s Happy Hour! Enjoy Christi’s “girl next door” approach
to intense, effective and of course Happy, high & low impact
aerobics. This workout will soar you through a 7 minute
warm-up, 40 minutes of high and low impact aerobic training,
then finish you off with a dancy cool down, intense
abdominal workout and stretches. You will be delighted with
Christi’s fabulous cueing and transitional skills, as well
as, the fat burning and muscle toning benefits. If you like

Stepping Zone
Christi does it once again with her fabulous step
choreography! Enjoy her delightful character and “as a
matter of fact” teaching style as she guides you through
miles of fat burning and muscle toning choreography. After a
short warm-up, you will enjoy 40 minutes of aerobic
training, using Christi’s newest dose of creative movements.
When you can’t take any more, Christi will guide you through
an effective abdominal series then finish you off with a
stretch. A great way to begin your day. All you need for
this workout is a step and a smile.
Strength, Balance & Flexibility
This 60 minute complete strength, balance & flexibility
training workout
is for the entire body. It will effectively challenge the
strong fitness enthusiast, as well as, the new exerciser.
Using rhythmic movement and a “super-set” approach, Christi
combines traditional muscle specific exercises, balancing
exercises and full body functional exercises to strengthen
and stretch your entire body. All you will need is a set of
hand weights and a floor mat. 3 to 8 pound free weights are
recommended, depending upon your current fitness level.
